| M/s. Tottenham India Law Associates, a legal consultancy firm was established in 1973 with headquarters in London by the Founder, Late M.K. Mukherjee, Bar-at-Law, Tottenham Neighborhood Law Center, 15, West Green Road, London, U.K. N15 5 BX, with Late Biswanath Bhattacharyya, Advocate, Calcutta High Court. Later, the headquarters were shifted to New Delhi, with associates all over India and abroad. At present, Shri Dipak Bhattacharyya, Advocate, Supreme Court, the Managing Partner of the Firm with a team of eminent advocates with expertise in specialised fields of law, is spearheading the activities of the firm at headquarters in New Delhi along with nine regional offices functioning across the country providing legal and other services to clients coming from different strata including Public Sector Undertakings, Government as well as Private Sector and MNCs. |

The firm has been successfully handling a wide range of corporate matters for both public and private sector organizations including Arbitration Proceedings, Documentation related to Joint ventures, Transfer of Technology, Consultancy Agreements, etc. The firm has also handled a number of criminal matters with high level of distinction and selected by Union of India and Central Bureau of Investigation to represent them in major criminal cases.
In recent years, the firm has taken up various innovative projects in different fields of activities. Consultants / Experts in related fields are associated as Advisors /Associates in the concerned field of study/ project.
We have a number of Retainer Associates, Advocates-on-Record in the Supreme Court and Retainer Advocates in all the High Courts of the country. The firm is also representing and its retainers partners are engaged as Standing Counsel of a number of State Governments, Departments of Union of India and Public/Private Sector Undertakings. |
